5 common questions answered
NHTSA recall information identifies four safety campaigns for the 2015 Ford Edge. Brake concerns include front brake hoses that may rupture and leak fluid, increasing stopping distance, as well as incorrect ABS and ESC software that may prevent warning lamps from appearing during a malfunction. Steering concerns involve corrosion at electric power steering gear motor attachment bolts, which may cause loss of power steering assist and greater effort at low speeds. Waiting can leave a safety-related condition unresolved. If you received a notice, experienced a concern, or are simply unsure about prior repairs, a free VIN check is a reassuring next step.
